A Chartered Engineer with a passion for people and organisation development, John has spent much of his career transforming leadership in – often technical – organisations. A VSO posting to a fledgling Ethiopian University launched this adventure, followed by utilising experiential learning as a consultant with a number of leading UK leadership organisations. Clients ranged from FTSE 100 to rapidly growing SMEs. He returned to Network Rail for five years as Head of Leadership Development before establishing his own transformational leadership practice. His belief that transformation emerges from new perspectives leads to an inquisitive and challenging facilitation style.
