The system has a number of Behavioural Competency JSF’s covering some key competencies most organisations are looking for.

As an example, the Leadership profiles include: Communicator; Drive for Results; Impact and Influence; Innovation; Leading People; People Energiser; Learning Agility; Problem Solver; Resilience & Perseverance and Strategic Thinker.

Behavioural Competency JSF’s may also be customisable to any type of competency you may require using a subset of the 175 traits.
